Seeds Tecoma garrocha, Hieron is very rare attractive and fragrant shrub growing 10 feet tall and 6 feet across coming from Argentina. This semi evergreen shrub has blossoms that are trumpet shaped, 2 inches long and an inch across blossoms or a brilliant red orange color which occur in large clusters of up to 20 flowers each, appearing summer and through the fall. Long bean like pods, 4 to 8 inches long, each filled with many small winged seeds,are present most any time of the year. Vase shaped shrub or small tree likes full sun but will tolerate partial shade and is hardy in zones 9 to 11.
