This evergreen vine or clambering shrub has from midsummer into fall, loose clusters of bell shaped, blue flowers dangle from blue violet stems among the leaves and are visited by bees. Growing 4 to 6 feet in zones 9b to 11. Grow bluebell creeper in full to partial sun, or partial shade in hot, arid regions, and soils that are moist but well drained. It is drought tolerant once established. It is also nice as a rambling ground cover on hillsides.
