Deciduous, perennial, woody tendrils up to 30 feet at the base with alternately arranged, long-stalked, 3-lobed, up to 5 inches long oval to obovate, delicately hairy, medium to dark green leaves. The blossoms up to 6 inches high have upright panicles with numerous, white-pink single flowers and yellow-green throat appear in the leaf axils. Hardy in zones 10-11.
