Starter plant of Passiflora Manta passionvine. This is a very ususual batwinged variety. This plant grows 6 to 8 feet and can be cut back and used as a houseplant. Outside it likes the afternoon sun and is root hardy to zone 9. The flowers on this plant are about 1 inch across and are a light lime green with purple, yellow filaments and gold filament with a black center. The leaves give this plant its name they look somewhat like a bat in flight and are thick and waxy and a deep green. This vine produced hundreds of these blossoms during this past summer followed by bright purple fruits about 3/4 inch across. The vine was pretty much pest free.
