Gallon plant from this favorite southern shrub Nerium Oleander Hardy Red. This evergreen shrub reaches 6 to 12 feet in height and is hardy in zones 8-11. Flowers bloom in summer to early fall; each flower is 1 1/2 inches in diameter in this bright red color.  Although the flowers are poisonous as most tropicals are this plant is very tolerant of deer, drought, heat & humidity, pollution, rabbits, seashore, slopes, and wind.
