Seeds of this and very easy to grow Musa campestris var limbangensis light. A smallish Musa from northeastern Sarawak and Brunei on the island of Borneo that forms extensive clusters of faint light green, sparsely spotted pseudostems to 3 ft tall. The upright inflorescence shows beautiful, light pinkish purple bracts followed by wonderous, small, slender, fruits with very light purple striations. it is intermediate between var. limangensis and var. campestris and experts say it could be a hybrid between the two.
