Seeds from this and very easy to grow Musa beccarii. perennial, Evergreen, rhizom perennial with dark almost brown black looking document root and large wide oval, deep green leaves with darker or lighter also midrib and an upright, bright red inflorescence purpur-to purple, followed by small, greenish yellow fruits. Zones 9 – 11.
