Seeds from this Morning Glory Ipomoea Japanese Seiryu Blue Dragon. This is one of my most prolific and showy morning glories. These 4 – 5 inch blossoms have bright blue stripes and wonderfully variegated ivy shaped leaves. Starting in May all the way through my 100 degree summers, this one is always in bloom. Growing 10 feet tall and 15 feet wide, this one can cover a fence in no time.
