Gallon Plant of this Meyers Lemon tree. The fruit is yellow and rounder than a true lemon. The skin is fragrant and thin, colored a deep yellow with a slight orange tint when ripe. Meyer lemon fruits have a sweeter, less acidic flavor than the more common lemon Lisbon or Eureka grocery store varieties. Meyer lemon trees are around 6 to 10 feet tall at maturity, though they can be pruned smaller. Their leaves are dark green and shiny. The flowers are white with a purple base and fragrant. They can be maintained at 3 to 5 feet tall and if you have the knack, lemon trees make wonderful Bonsai specimens Lemon trees thrive in a normal temperature range of 70 degrees during day to 55 degrees at night. Hardy in zones 8-10. Only sold to Georgia residents.
