Here I offer a Starter plant of Lycium barbarum also known as Goji berries. These species are deciduous woody perennial plants, growing 1 to 3 m high and are hardy in zones 5 to 9. They are sweet in taste and neutral in nature. They are said to act on the liver, lungs, and kidneys. They can be eaten raw, consumed as juice or wine, brewed into an herbal tea. The berries are also used in traditional Korean medicine, traditional Japanese medicine and traditional Tibetan medicine. Wolfberry fruits also contain zeaxanthin, an important dietary carotenoid selectively absorbed into the body where it is thought to provide antioxidant and protective light filtering roles. Chinese wolfberry is easy to grow from seeds. USDA Hardiness Zones 5 to 9
