Seeds from Lonicera maackii Amur Honeysuckle. A upright, arching-branched shrub to 30 feet in height and spindly in forests. A multiple stemmed, dark-green opposite leaves, showy white to pink or yellow flowers, and many orange to red berries. Exotic bush honeysuckles can rapidly invade and overtake a site, forming a dense shrub layer that crowds and shades any native plant species. Flowering April-June. Zones 2-8.
