Seeds from Lilium pensylvanicum or Siberian Lily. Plants grow 1 to 2 feet tall with flowers that are upright facing and open trumpet shaped and a vivid red color. The flowers have darker reddish spots and form whorls at the top of the stems the leaves are thin and end in sharp points. Very undemanding and is easily cultivated in zones 3 to 8. It is sensitive only in relation to drought. Thus the plant is popular in European and American gardens.
