Wavy Bay, Pie Crust Bay, Turkish Bay, but Crispa is the official name of this form of Bay Laurel with finely undulated leaf edges and red stems.

Large evergreen shrub growing to 12 feet tall and 6 feet wide over time.

Easy to grow. Leaves may burn in colder than normal winters below 10 ?F but recovery is quite fast.

Full sun, well-drained soil. Used as a topiary plant.

Harvest scented leaves for cooking and sometimes Christmas wreaths. Drought adapted.
