Quart plant of this very unusual and hard to find Hibiscus mutabilis “Rubrum” or Red cotton Rose. This variety is not the usual double blossom, but a huge pure dark raspberry red version of this southern favorite. This plant is a very fast grower will get 10 to 12 feet high and 8 to 10 feet across. Hardy in zones 8-10, this plant does overwinter outside in my zone 8B area but does usually lose all its leaves if we have a killing frost, but comes back to blossom again in the summer.
