Seeds from this Hibiscus cannabinus Brown Indian Hemp. a plant of the family Malvaceae. Its thorny stems can be up to 6 feet tall. Deccan hemp is found mainly in the humid tropics, Southeast Asia, Central America and the tropical regions of Africa. Kenaf flowers can be white, creamy yellow or pink. Deccan hemp seeds are gray and triangular in shape. Using the fibers taken from the stems of Hibiscus cannabinus we get bags of jute. Fiber paper pulp is also produced. Kenaf is nowadays called the plant of the future. Very fast growth. – full sun exposure or partial shade.
