Seeds from Heuchera sanguinea v. pulchra. The leaves have little height but stiff stems up to 80 cm tall with red flowers, pink and white from late spring to early summer. The Flowers are a group of clusters. Interesting to cover small areas and agreed with other flowering perennials. Needs sun and partial shade but needs attenuated shade in hot areas. Good drainage is important. Poor growth in heavy, clay soils. Cut the faded flower stems, and in spring April in the Northern Hemisphere, cut a third of its height to compact and improve flowering. Zones 4-9
