Seeds of Heterospathe barfodii which is a critically endangered palm from Papua New Guinea. A slender palm with a striking silvery-white crownshaft and maroon young flowering stems. It was recently described as a new species by Kew Gardens scientists Lauren Gardiner and William Baker having been previously know in cultivation under the incorrect name (Heterospathe glauca). Growing up to 25 feet in zone 10 and above.
