Starter plant of Fortnight Lily or African Iris; Morea Iris or Dietes iridioides. This plant will grow best in dappled shade but will tolerate full sun. Having these 3 inch blossoms continually on 2 to 4 foot stems throughout the summer. Hardy to zones 8 and above, but can be grown in pots and brought inside in colder climates. A great option for bogs or around a pond, this plant doesn’t like to dry out.
