Two year old plants of this Dianthus x Superbus Spooky, also known as Lacy Dianthus, has attractive lacy pinkose petals that are very open and airy. These plants grew next to my front steps in a ceramic pot and fragranced the air whenever anyone came to the door. Seeds can be started in late fall for the next late winter or early spring. This Biennial will grow 9 inches in full to partial sun.
