Seeds from this Dianthus Chianti Annual. The small 6 to 8 inch plants are covered with very dark maroon, almost black blooms with a touch of frilly white lace for the entire summer. Flowers are about an inch across and the foliage is an attractive grey-green. Strong-growing, bushy plants whose large double flowers are a combination of deep maroon with white pictoee edges.
