Seeds of this wonderful shrub Lagerstroemia x Ebony Diamond Red Fire. This deciduous small tree of 8-10 feet shows off these beautiful large groups of beautiful deep red with a blackish hue blossoms. The real eye-catchers are the dark bronze shiny leaves. This variety blooms earlier than most. Keep in full sun and tolerates a range of soil types. Can be grown as a shrub or small tree in zones 6-9.
