Pint plant of this bronze-leaved clerodendrum quadriloculare is a medium to large-sized shrub growing to a height of about 16 ft. The branches and twigs are square. The leaves are in opposite pairs and grow on medium-length stalks. The leaf blades are oblong and up to 8 in long, the tops of the leaves are green, and the underside purple. The eye-catching flower clusters develop at the tips of the shoots. Each contains lots of flowers with skinny pink tubes about 3 in long, each ending with five slender white lobes about 0.5 in long. Hardy in zones 9b – 11.
