Seeds from Asclepias oenotheroides or Hierba de zizotes. Full sun to partial shade. This perennial, with mounding foliage stands up to 24 inches tall and wide. The small Clusters and intricate pale green flowers appear throughout the year. They are followed by small green seed follicles. The wavy leaf margins resemble some primrose leaves, hence the species name oenotheroides. Milkweed is the only host plant for monarch caterpillar. Zones 4 to 10.
