Seeds from Asclepias latifolia or broadleaf milkweed. Growing up to 16 inches, broad-leafed milkweed has very large leaves and is a robust perennial. . The greenish white flowers produce seed pods about 2 to 3 inches long from July to October. Native to the western US, these milkweeds are hardy in zones 4-9.
