Seeds from this Asclepias fruticosa or better known as Swan Plant or African Milkweed. This Asclepias has white flowers that are followed by inflated seed pods much like family jewels. This native of South Africa is a frost sensitive perennial that grows 5 to 6 feet tall. Will grow as an annual in areas with below freezing winters. This plant requires full sun and regular watering and is a Monarch host plant. Zones 9-11.
