Seeds from this Asclepias eriocarpa, Indian Milkweed, or Monarch Milkweed. Perennial, 3ft large 5in leaves also sometimes known as Woolypod Milkweed and kotolo. This plant has white tinted with pink blossoms and is native to California and adjacent parts of Nevada and Baja California, where it grows in many habitat types, especially dry areas. It is an erect perennial herb which is usually coated in a thick layer of white hairs. Quite a drought tolerant plant on zones 7-9. Germination Cold stratify 6 weeks. Sow seeds on edge to stand up and cover 1/4 inch. Keep Damp in a bright spot. Soil Temp 70-75F Germination 1-6 weeks.
