Asclepias arenaria Sand Milkweed 10 seeds
Seeds from this milkweed Asclepias arenaria which is unbranched and produces a greenish-pink cluster of flowers approximately 3 inches around well above the highest leaves. It does well in dry sandy soils in full sun but can tolerate some shade and grows to 3′ in zones 4-11. Blooms May thru June and attracts butterflies. 4-6 weeks of stratification suggested for good germination. Feel free to browse my flower garden photo gallery.
