Quart plant of Alstroemeria psittacina. A tropical from Brazil. In the spring, they send up 8 to 12 inch stalks with the foliage clustered in a little umbrella at the top of the stem. As the season progresses, the stem grow to 18 to 30 inches long. The plant dies back in very humid climates in the summer, will return in the fall. Hummingbirds love this plant. Zones 7 to 10
