This vine can grow 10 to 12 feet is hardy in zones 8 to 11, although, I have had one planted in my back yard for years, and although it has been frozen to the ground many times, it always seems to come back. I enjoy this plant mostly growing on fences and trellises, and it puts on a long-time show near a patio. In pots, it does require quite a bit of water.
