Shipping & ReturnsShipping PolicyShipping to the US is a flat $3 fee. Most plants and seeds will be shipped almost immediately. All orders will be shipped within 24 hours, with the exception of orders which are placed after we ship on Saturday or the day before a postal holiday. These orders will be shipped first thing on the next day that the Post Office is open. I reserve the right to not ship if the weather conditions during the shipping period may be harmful to the plants. Plants will be shipped by USPS priority mail. WARNING: International seeds orders take anywhere from 10 to 80 days, from the time they are shipped, to arrive at their destination. If you would like to buy seeds and have them shipped internationally, there is a $6.95 shipping fee. PLEASE NOTE: I cannot guarantee international shipments as I have no control over the foreign shippers. I will provide the international tracking number to you when I ship your seeds, but it does not give any location after the package leaves the U.S. After that I cannot be financially responsible for receipt. If this is not acceptable to you please let me know and I will cancel your order. Thanks for understanding. Unfortunately I cannot send anything to Australia. They are very strict about seeds, and very few of the orders that I have mailed to Australia have been delivered. (Your choice as long as a replacement is available) GeorgiaVines cannot be responsible for plants that arrive in good shape and then die. Some plants do not do well in certain environments and conditions which are beyond GeorgiaVines' control. GeorgiaVines is not responsible for seeds that have not germinated. Several different factors contribute to the success or failure of germination. Many seeds take months and even years to germinate. Planting too deep and over watering are two of the main reasons that seeds don't germinate. The third most common reason is that they have not been given enough time. Most perennials can take a few months to germinate under optimum conditions. Some seeds need to be stratified (stored in the refrigerator) for months before germination can be attempted. |
